GOYAD Travel provides visa assistance, documentation support and application guidance for eligible travellers and students.

Our role is to help customers understand the applicable process and prepare their applications. GOYAD Travel does not make visa decisions and cannot guarantee visa approval.

1. Visa Decisions

All visa decisions are made solely by the relevant:

  • Embassy
  • Consulate
  • Immigration authority
  • Government department
  • Visa application authority

GOYAD Travel has no authority to approve, refuse or issue a visa.

2. No Guarantee of Approval

Submitting an application through GOYAD Travel does not guarantee:

  • Visa approval
  • Visa issuance
  • A particular visa duration
  • A particular number of entries
  • Appointment availability
  • Processing time
  • Immigration clearance

Each application is assessed by the relevant authority according to its applicable rules and the applicant’s individual circumstances.

3. Information and Documentation

Customers are responsible for providing complete, accurate and genuine information and documents.

GOYAD Travel may assist with document preparation and application guidance, but the customer remains responsible for the accuracy and authenticity of information submitted in their name.

4. False or Misleading Information

Customers must not provide false, altered, misleading or fraudulent documents or information.

GOYAD Travel reserves the right to decline assistance where we have reason to believe that information or documentation provided may be false, fraudulent or misleading.

5. Visa Requirements Can Change

Visa requirements, fees, processing procedures and appointment availability may change without notice.

Customers should follow the latest requirements published by the relevant official authority.

Information provided by GOYAD Travel is intended as guidance and should not be treated as a guarantee of a particular immigration outcome.

6. Processing Times

Any processing time provided by GOYAD Travel is an estimate based on information available at the time.

Processing may take longer because of:

  • Additional document requests
  • Security or background checks
  • Embassy workload
  • Appointment availability
  • Public holidays
  • Changes in immigration procedures
  • Individual circumstances
  • Other factors outside GOYAD Travel’s control

7. Visa Fees and Government Charges

Government visa fees, embassy charges, appointment fees and other official charges are determined by the relevant authority.

Such fees may be non-refundable even if an application is refused, withdrawn or otherwise unsuccessful, depending on the authority’s rules.

8. Visa Refusal

If an application is refused, GOYAD Travel cannot override the decision.

Where appropriate, we may help the customer understand the information provided in the refusal and discuss possible next steps, subject to the applicable rules.

9. Student Visas

For students, GOYAD Travel may provide study abroad and student visa guidance.

Admission to a university or educational institution and issuance of a student visa are separate decisions made by the respective institution and immigration authority.

GOYAD Travel does not guarantee university admission, scholarship awards or student visa approval.

10. Tourist, Visitor and Other Visas

For tourist, visitor, business, work, family or other visa categories, the customer must satisfy the requirements applicable to their specific circumstances and destination.

Eligibility can vary based on nationality, travel purpose, financial circumstances, immigration history, documentation and other factors.

11. Third-Party Service Providers

Where applications involve visa application centres, appointment providers, courier services or other third parties, their terms and procedures may also apply.

GOYAD Travel is not responsible for independent decisions or operational failures of such third parties.

12. No Legal or Immigration Advice

Unless expressly stated otherwise, GOYAD Travel provides travel and visa assistance rather than legal representation or legal advice.

Customers requiring legal advice regarding immigration matters should consult a suitably qualified immigration lawyer or authorised legal professional.

13. Customer Responsibility

Customers should review their application and supporting documents before submission and should immediately inform GOYAD Travel if any information is incorrect.

Customers are ultimately responsible for the information submitted in their application.
